Who I Am
I built my name in rock radio. Prime time. Big interviews. Real presence. I learned how to hold a room before social media existed.
Since then, I've worked on camera with brands from Match to law firms to lifestyle companies. I don't read scripts. I translate energy. If it doesn't feel human, I won't say it.
But that's only half the story.
I'm also an artist. I create bold, mystical jewelry and resin work that feels like rock and roll met meditation. It's not hobby art. It's devotion. Every piece is about identity. Wear your soul, not just accessories.
I practice meditation and yoga daily. Not because it's trendy. Because I had to. Recovery forced me to slow down. To regulate my nervous system. To rebuild from the inside out.
That journey became my podcast, Sober Exposure, where I talk about reinvention, addiction, ADHD, and what it really takes to come back stronger.
My life has had extremes. Spotlight and breakdown. Success and starting over. That's why I connect. I'm not polished perfection. I'm lived experience.
If you need a voice, a face, or a presence that actually feels like something — I'm your person.
